Keith Miles is the Founder and President of Streamlined Management Group Inc. Keith started the company to develop a totally new approach to improving innovation and long-term revenue generation.
Beginning in the early 1990’s with a 3 year - 72 organization research project, he discovered participant organizations had little success with traditional approaches which consumed excessive time and resources while yielding only marginal or temporary changes to high-revenue-impact activity. This lack of control was especially apparent in areas of complex, high-value work where any positive change in staff activity would have represented the highest return and a performance and innovation breakthrough for the organization. It took several years to formulate a revolutionary advance in the art of bringing about rapid and sustained influence on the highest revenue-impact activities.

An author, coach, speaker, manager, and visionary, Keith has worked in over 50 organizations. With humor, discernment, and wisdom, he combines a talent for strategic analysis with the vision to leave behind a breakthrough system to improve knowledge work execution – the result: higher levels of sustained business performance.
An author with an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, his first book, “The Improvement Toolbox”, published in 1997, describes a realistic and rational model for managers who want to ensure highest-value employees concentrate on strategic activities. He is presently working on a second book.
